If the stay is canceled 21 or more days before the start of the stay, the deposit is returned to the client in full.
If the stay is canceled 20-12 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is returned to the client minus a cancellation fee, which is 30% of the price of the accommodation (from the total price of the accommodation, not from the price of the deposit).
If the stay is canceled less than 12 days before the start of the stay, a cancellation fee of
100% of the paid deposit for the stay.
